The Middle Two Hundred City Guides
The guides published here cover the cities ranked 201 to 400 in the national population table, one guide per city, each built from that city's own readings.
Frontier Capitals spreads its city guides across five addresses so that each site stays a manageable size. The opening two hundred guides sit on the main realestate address, and the two hundred that follow them in population order are gathered here.
A familiar shape, filled with one city's facts
Open any guide on this site and the shape is familiar: what a marketed sale costs in that city, how long houses there are taking to move, the documents the state asks a seller for, and a worked example priced from the local median. The familiar shape is deliberate, while the substance underneath it belongs to that city alone, because the readings, the tax rules and the answers are gathered city by city rather than carried over.
The guides on this address
Every guide published here is listed on the city index, grouped by the state each city sits in.

A guide is background reading. The number that matters comes from your own street, and the team will price your address on request.

Buying follows builder demand, district by district. The coverage checker on the main site tests any ZIP code against the current map.
Run the checkerChecked against everything already published
Guides are released in batches of one hundred, in the order the population table gives. Before a batch appears here it is read against everything the programme has already published, sentence by sentence, and any page that repeats an earlier page is rewritten until the overlap is gone.
Why these guides exist
These pages exist because the firm buys houses in the districts builders keep returning to. An owner who sells this way agrees terms directly with Frontier Capitals, hands the house over in the condition it stands in, and picks a completion date a week to three weeks out, or further ahead where life needs longer. Nothing is listed, nobody tours the rooms, and no agent takes a percentage of the price.
